Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, deck operations, engineering support, luxury hospitality, fine dining, wellness services, housekeeping, and guest entertainment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience who are committed to delivering exceptional service onboard high-end private and charter yachts.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations and navigation
- Perform bridge, deck, and guest service duties according to rank
- Supervise deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized guest services
- Prepare and serve high-quality cuisine in accordance with luxury standards
- Maintain guest cabins and public areas to impeccable standards
- Provide spa treatments and wellness services where applicable
- Conduct watersports activities and ensure guest safety
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht or Luxury Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer positions
- Yacht qualifications appropriate to the applied position are preferred
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Strong hospitality, culinary, spa, or watersports skills relevant to the applied position
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
