Job Description:
A luxury yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Selected candidates will be responsible for safe yacht operations, engineering maintenance, navigation support, hospitality services, culinary operations, housekeeping, guest assistance, and maintaining exceptional onboard service standards.
This opportunity is suitable for yachting professionals with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in multicultural crew environments.

- Sous / 2nd Chef — EUR (€)8,000

Requirements:
- Valid STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate preferred
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Ability to work in multicultural crew environments
- Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple onboard duties
