Job Description
A professional yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating throughout European waters and Australia.
Successful candidates will support luxury yacht operations by delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining the yacht to the highest standards, assisting with deck activities, wellness services, housekeeping, and onboard medical support while ensuring compliance with maritime safety standards and company procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for hospitality and deck professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations
- Assist with deck maintenance, mooring, tender, and guest activities
- Deliver first-class interior and hospitality services
- Maintain guest cabins and public areas to luxury standards
- Provide massage and wellness services where applicable
- Deliver onboard medical assistance and emergency response (Paramedic)
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Professional qualification relevant to the applied position
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and professional attitude
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
