Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. The vessel offers a professional working environment with a strong focus on safety, service excellence, and teamwork. Successful candidates will support deck, interior, and galley operations in line with luxury yacht standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Safe navigation and overall vessel management (senior officers)
- Engine room operation, maintenance, and technical reliability (engineering roles)
- Deck operations, mooring, wash-downs, and exterior maintenance
- High-end guest service and interior upkeep to luxury yacht standards
- Meal preparation and galley management (chef and cook roles)
- Compliance with safety procedures, ISM practices, and onboard standards
- Supporting a positive, professional, and guest-focused onboard environment
Requirements
- Previous yachting experience in the applied position preferred
- Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
- Valid medical certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
