Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated yacht professionals to join a private/charter motor yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe vessel operations, high standards of guest service, and smooth day-to-day onboard activities in line with maritime regulations and yacht industry best practices.

This opportunity is ideal for crew members with prior yachting experience, a professional attitude, and a strong commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.

• Captain – DOE
• 1st Mate – EUR (€) 4,500
• Sole Engineer – DOE
• 2nd Engineer – USD ($) 7,000
• Sole Chef – DOE
• Deckhand / Mate – EUR (€) 3,800
• Deckhand – USD ($) 3,500
• Housekeeping Steward – DOE
• 2nd Steward – EUR (€) 3,200
• Cook / Steward – DOE

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a small, multinational crew
