Job Description

We are recruiting experienced and motivated crew members to join a Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will support safe navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, interior service, and guest experience in accordance with maritime regulations and yacht industry standards.

This opportunity is suitable for professionals with prior yachting experience who demonstrate strong teamwork, responsibility, and excellent service skills.

Open Positions

• Captain / Engineer – Salary TBC (USD)
• Second Engineer – EUR 6,000
• First Mate – EUR 4,500
• Deck / Engineer – EUR 4,000
• Bosun – USD 6,000
• Deckhand – EUR 3,000
• Sole Chef – USD 9,000
• Chief Steward – USD 8,500
• Sole Steward – USD 8,000
• Cook / Steward – Salary DOE

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid B1/B2 Visa
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a small, multinational crew
