Job Description:

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced yacht professionals to join a Motor Yacht operating in Europe.

Selected candidates will be responsible for vessel navigation, engineering operations, technical maintenance, electrical systems management, guest hospitality services, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and luxury service onboard.

This opportunity is suitable for maritime and hospitality professionals with previous yachting experience and the ability to work effectively in high-standard multicultural crew environments.

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certification 
•  Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate 
•  Previous Motor Yacht or luxury yacht experience preferred 
•  Strong English communication skills 
•  Professional appearance and excellent guest service skills 
•  Strong technical knowledge relevant to the applied role 
•  Ability to work effectively in multicultural crew environments 
•  Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork abilities
