Job Description
We are urgently recruiting experienced and qualified cruise crew personnel for a short-term assignment onboard a Luxury Cruise Liner.
A wide range of positions is available across Deck, Engine, Entertainment, Hotel Administration, Housekeeping, Stores, Restaurant and Galley departments.
Candidates with previous cruise ship or relevant hospitality/maritime experience are encouraged to apply. B1/B2 visa holders are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform all duties associated with the assigned position according to company procedures and cruise standards.
- Support safe, efficient and professional cruise vessel operations.
- Deliver high standards of guest service, hospitality and presentation.
- Carry out technical, maritime, hotel, housekeeping, restaurant or galley duties as applicable.
- Maintain assigned equipment, workspaces and operational areas.
- Follow onboard safety, hygiene, environmental and emergency procedures.
- Participate in drills, training, meetings and departmental activities.
- Work effectively as part of a professional and multinational cruise crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the same or similar position.
- Previous cruise ship experience preferred; relevant maritime or luxury hospitality experience may be considered depending on the role.
- Valid STCW certificates, where applicable to maritime positions.
- Valid COC/COP or professional qualification, where applicable.
- Valid passport and seafarer's documentation for maritime roles.
- Valid medical fitness certificate where required.
- Good command of English.
- Professional appearance, communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong guest-service and safety awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural cruise environment.
- B1/B2 visa holders preferred.
- Availability for urgent joining.
Position-Specific Requirements
AB / OS / Motorman / Wiper
- Relevant maritime qualifications and STCW certification.
- Previous vessel or cruise ship experience preferred.
- Valid medical and seafarer documentation.
Video / Lighting / Sound Technician
- Relevant technical qualification and professional experience.
- Previous cruise entertainment or live-event experience preferred.
Hotel Purser / Assistant Systems Manager / HR Manager / L&D Coordinator
- Relevant hotel administration, HR, systems or training experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous cruise experience preferred.
1st Housekeeper / Assistant Chief Housekeeper / Stateroom Steward/ess / Hotel Utility
- Previous housekeeping or hotel-service experience.
- Excellent attention to cleanliness, hygiene and guest service.
- Cruise experience is an advantage.
Storekeeper
- Previous stores, inventory or warehouse experience.
- Good organizational and stock-control skills.
Head Waiter/ess / Waiter/ess
- Previous restaurant or cruise hospitality experience.
- Strong food and beverage service skills.
- Professional guest-service approach.
Executive Chef / Chef de Cuisine / Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Cook
- Relevant professional culinary qualifications and experience.
- Previous cruise or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and international cuisine.
Executive Pastry Chef / Sous Chef Pastry
- Professional pastry and bakery experience.
- Relevant culinary qualifications.
- Experience in high-volume or luxury hospitality environments preferred.
Galley Utility
- Previous galley, kitchen or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, cleaning and food-safety procedures.
