We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced maritime and hospitality professionals to join a Private / Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide.
We are looking for dedicated crew members across deck, engineering support, culinary, interior, guest services, and specialist positions. Candidates with relevant yacht experience and a professional, service-oriented approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performing duties according to the assigned position and yacht operating procedures.
- Supporting safe and efficient yacht operations and maintaining professional onboard standards.
- Providing high-quality guest service and maintaining excellent hospitality standards where applicable.
- Carrying out deck, housekeeping, culinary, maintenance, or specialist duties according to the position.
- Following onboard safety, security, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience in the applied position.
- Previous private, charter, or motor yacht experience is preferred.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Valid Certificate of Competency or relevant professional qualification, where applicable.
- Valid Passport and seafarer/yacht documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and professional attitude.
- Service-oriented approach for guest-facing positions.
- Relevant specialist qualifications required for Dive Instructor and Paramedic positions.
