Location: Worldwide / Mediterranean / Caribbean (depending on vessel itinerary)
Job Description:
Reputable yacht management company is seeking experienced and motivated crew members for various Yacht positions starting November–December 2025.
Positions are available on private and charter yachts ranging from 40m to 100m+. Candidates must have prior yacht experience, excellent presentation, and a strong work ethic.
Open Positions:
• 2 × Stew/Masseur(euse)
• Junior Deckhand
• Sole Engineer
• Sole Steward/ess
• 5 × Deckhand
• Deck/Divemaster
• 3rd Engineer
• Chase Boat Captain
• Engineer
• Purser
• 3 × Steward(ess)
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining vessel cleanliness and guest areas to the highest standard
• Assisting in guest services, watersports, and onboard activities
• Performing deck operations, tender handling, and watch duties
• Managing engine room systems and performing preventive maintenance (for engineering roles)
• Supporting overall safety, security, and hospitality onboard
Requirements:
• Valid STCW and ENG1 Medical certificates
• Proven experience on luxury yachts (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Additional qualifications such as PADI Divemaster, Masseuse/Masseur certification, or Yachtmaster are advantageous
• Professional, well-groomed appearance and service-oriented attitude
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Seasonal or Permanent (depending on vessel)
