Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced and versatile crew members to join Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth vessel operations, technical maintenance, and delivering high standards of service onboard. These roles require flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work in a close-knit, multicultural environment.

Open Positions:

 Deck & Technical Roles

•  Captain / Engineer 
•  Sole Engineer 
•  Bosun 
•  Deck / Engineer 
•  Lead Deckhand 

 Interior & Hospitality Roles

•  Sole Chef 
•  Sole Steward 
•  Steward 
•  Cook / Steward 

Requirements:

•  Previous experience on sailing or motor yachts preferred 
•  Valid STCW certification 
•  ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate 
•  Good command of English 
•  Strong technical and/or hospitality skills (depending on role) 
•  Professional attitude and ability to work in small teams 
•  Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple duties onboard
