A prestigious passenger ship project is seeking experienced and highly motivated galley crew to join its team. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes according to the ship's menus and standards.
· Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the galley area in accordance with HACCP and company safety regulations.
· Ensuring efficient operation of your assigned section (Hot Galley, Pastry, Bakery, Teppanyaki).
· Supporting senior chefs and supervising junior staff as required by rank.
· Managing inventory and stock rotation for your section.

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates.
· Medical fitness certificate.
· Proficiency in English communication.
· Previous experience in a similar rank on a passenger vessel is highly advantageous.
· Relevant culinary diplomas or proven work experience.
