A prestigious Motor Yacht is currently recruiting experienced and qualified professionals to join its crew operating worldwide.
The yacht is seeking experienced deck officers, engineering personnel, culinary professionals, interior crew, and wellness specialists. Successful candidates will support safe yacht operations while maintaining exceptional standards of luxury hospitality, service, cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
Previous experience onboard Private / Charter Motor Yachts or Superyachts is preferred.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht procedures
• Support safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations
• Maintain deck, engineering, galley, interior, and guest areas to luxury standards
• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to owners and charter guests
• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and onboard risk assessments
• Maintain professional standards of discretion, teamwork, cleanliness, and presentation
• Follow maritime regulations, yacht safety procedures, and company policies
• Support guest activities, wellness programs, and special requests where applicable
• Previous experience in the position applied for onboard Motor Yachts / Superyachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant qualification for officer and engineering positions
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book where applicable
• Relevant culinary, hospitality, or wellness qualifications for specialist positions
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork, discretion, and guest-service skills
• Physically and medically fit for yacht service
Chief Officer / 1st Mate
• Valid Deck Officer CoC appropriate to the yacht
• Proven experience as Chief Officer / 1st Mate on Motor Yachts or Superyachts
• Strong navigation, deck management, and crew supervision skills
Sole Engineer
• Valid Engineer CoC appropriate to the yacht
• Proven Sole Engineer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong knowledge of engines, generators, auxiliary machinery, and planned maintenance
Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and guest activities
Chef de Partie / 3rd Chef
• Professional culinary qualification preferred
• Previous Chef de Partie experience in luxury yachts, hotels, or fine-dining environments
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
Sous Chef / 2nd Chef
• Previous Sous Chef / 2nd Chef experience preferred
• Strong culinary and team-management skills
• Experience in luxury hospitality or yacht environments advantageous
Head of Housekeeping
• Previous senior housekeeping experience on luxury yachts, hotels, or resorts
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, linen management, and inventory control
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
Chief Steward(ess)
• Proven senior interior experience on luxury yachts
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills
• Experience supervising interior operations and junior crew
Deck / Steward(ess)
• Previous combined deck and interior experience preferred
• Strong practical deck skills and hospitality experience
• Ability to support both exterior and interior operations
Service Steward(ess)
• Previous luxury yacht or fine-dining service experience preferred
• Strong food and beverage service skills
• Excellent guest relations and presentation standards
Steward(ess)
• Previous yacht, cruise, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
2nd Steward(ess)
• Previous 2nd Steward(ess) or senior Steward(ess) experience preferred
• Strong interior service, housekeeping, and organizational skills
• Ability to support the Chief Steward(ess)
Yoga / Pilates Instructor
• Recognized Yoga and/or Pilates instructor qualification
• Previous experience working with VIP or luxury clients preferred
• Strong knowledge of wellness, fitness, and safe exercise practices
• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused approach
