Job Description:
We are currently hiring professional and service-oriented crew for Motor Yachts operating worldwide, with contracts starting January–February 2026. The fleet offers premium working conditions, stable contracts, and attractive compensation packages for experienced yacht crew.
Open Positions:
• Chief Officer / 1st Mate — 350 USD/day
• 2nd Officer — TBC EUR
• Bosun — 5,000 EUR
• Personal Trainer — 3,500 EUR
• Service Steward(ess) — 3,300 EUR
• Butler — 6,000 EUR
• Head of Service — TBC EUR
• Sole Steward(ess) — TBC USD
• Chief Steward(ess) — TBC EUR
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe vessel operations and watchkeeping duties
• High-level guest service and hospitality delivery
• Interior and exterior maintenance of the yacht
• Compliance with maritime safety and company procedures
• Team coordination and daily operational support
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar position on motor yachts
