Job Description:

A yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.

Selected candidates will be responsible for yacht navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, guest hospitality services, catering, housekeeping, and ensuring high standards of safety and luxury service onboard.

This opportunity is suitable for yachting professionals with strong hospitality skills, flexibility, and the ability to work in multicultural yacht environments.

Open Positions:

Deck & Engineering Department

•  Captain 
•  Captain / Engineer 
•  Deck / Engineer 
•  Deckhand 

Catering & Interior Department

•  Sole Chef 
•  Chief Steward(ess) 
•  Sole Steward(ess) 
•  Steward(ess) 
•  Cook / Steward(ess) 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW certification 
•  Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer medical certificate 
•  Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred 
•  Good command of English 
•  High level of professionalism and presentation 
•  Strong guest service and hospitality skills 
•  Ability to work effectively in multicultural yacht crew environments 
•  Flexibility and willingness to perform multiple onboard duties
