We are currently recruiting experienced and professional yacht crew for various private and charter Motor Yachts operating in the USA and Europe.
Positions are available across Deck, Engineering, Interior, and Galley departments. Candidates must have relevant yachting experience and valid maritime/yachting certificates.
Deck Department
As per yacht operations and ISM/MLC standards, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation, maintenance, and tender operations (Deck Crew)
• Operation and maintenance of engines and onboard systems (Engineers)
• Guest service, housekeeping, and fine dining (Interior Crew)
• Preparation of meals to a high culinary standard (Chef)
• Support charter operations, guest activities, and owner’s requirements
• Valid STCW and ENG1 certificates
• B1/B2 Visa (for USA-based yachts) preferred
• Proven yachting experience in a similar role
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and guest service mindset
• Specialized qualifications (Masseuse, Beautician, etc.) are an advantage
• Contract Type: Rotation or permanent, depending on vessel
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and position
