Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned department and rank
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Maintain compliance with maritime safety regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Support efficient vessel operations and guest satisfaction
- Work effectively within a multicultural team environment
- Uphold company policies and cruise industry standards
Requirements
- Previous cruise ship experience preferred
- Valid maritime certificates relevant to the position
- Valid passport and seafarer documentation
- USPH certificates are considered an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork ability
- Relevant experience according to the position applied for
