Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Deliver outstanding guest service according to cruise line standards.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, pastries, or bakery products.
- Maintain guest cabins, public areas, and hotel facilities.
- Support housekeeping, laundry, galley, or food & beverage operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, sanitation, hygiene, and company HSE procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned work areas.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
- Work effectively within an international multicultural crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied position, preferably onboard Cruise Ships or within luxury hospitality.
- Valid STCW 2010 Basic Safety Training certificates (where required).
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
- Valid Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international hospitality and food safety standards.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
