Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to international guests
- Maintain high hospitality and cleanliness standards
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company procedures
- Maintain cabins, public areas, restaurants, bars, and guest facilities
- Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Work effectively within a multicultural team environment
- Participate in safety training and emergency drills when required
- Represent the company with professionalism and outstanding guest care
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a 4–5-star hotel, resort, restaurant, or cruise ship in the relevant position
- Good English communication skills
- Positive personality with excellent customer service attitude
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Medically fit for sea service
- Willing to work onboard under long-term contracts
