We are currently recruiting experienced and service-oriented crew members to join a luxury Private Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of guest service, safety, and vessel operations in a high-end yachting environment.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with yachting or maritime experience who demonstrate discretion, teamwork, and a strong work ethic within a private program.

Open Positions & Salaries

• Deckhand – €3,500
• Sous / 2nd Chef – USD 6,000
• Crew Chef – USD 6,000
• Head of Housekeeping – €5,000
• Spa Therapist / Steward – USD 5,500
• Housekeeping Steward – USD 4,000
• Service Steward – €140 per day
• Steward – USD 4,000
• Dive Instructor – USD 4,500
• Nurse – €4,000

Requirements

• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• B1/B2 Visa or eligibility to obtain
• Relevant qualifications or certifications appropriate to the position
• Previous yachting or maritime experience preferred
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and personal presentation
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a private yacht environment
• Good command of the English language
