• Providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high hospitality standards
• Supervising and training team members within assigned departments
• Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene procedures
• Supporting daily operations and reporting to department heads
• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and efficiency in all working areas

Requirements:
• Previous experience in the same or similar position (cruise or hospitality industry preferred)
• Valid STCW certificates (for onboard crew)
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness certificate
• Team player with a professional work ethic
