Job Description:
SERN Ship Management Services is urgently hiring crew members for cargo passenger vessels. The company is seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals to join their fleet. Candidates will be deployed onboard and are expected to meet international maritime standards. Applicants must be ready to present complete documents and attend in-person processing at the company office in Manila. No placement fees will be collected.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring safe navigation and operation of the vessel according to assigned department (deck/engine)
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and machinery
• Assisting in cargo operations and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
• Monitoring and reporting any technical or operational issues onboard
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned work areas

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid OIC License (for Deck and Engine Officer positions)
• Relevant experience in similar position on cargo or passenger vessels
