Job Description:

Rooster Recruitment is currently seeking experienced maritime and hospitality professionals to join Sailing and Motor Yachts operating worldwide. We are recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of deck, engineering, hospitality, medical, and management positions onboard luxury yachts.

Successful applicants should have relevant yachting or maritime experience, excellent customer service skills where applicable, and a professional attitude. Candidates must be committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and operational excellence while working in an international yachting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

•  Performing duties according to the assigned rank or department. 
•  Ensuring safe vessel operations and compliance with maritime regulations. 
•  Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining luxury hospitality standards where applicable. 
•  Maintaining onboard equipment, accommodation areas, and operational readiness. 
•  Working closely with the yacht management team to ensure smooth daily operations. 

Requirements:

•  Valid STCW Certificates (for maritime positions). 
•  Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent preferred). 
•  Valid Passport. 
•  Good English communication skills. 
•  Relevant Certificate of Competency (COC), where applicable. 
•  Previous experience in the same position onboard yachts or similar vessels is preferred. 
•  Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. 
•  Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
