A prestigious Private & Charter Motor Yacht is currently recruiting experienced and qualified professionals to join its crew operating worldwide.
The company is seeking experienced engineering, deck, galley, and interior personnel who are committed to safe yacht operations, exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Previous experience onboard Private, Charter Motor Yachts, or Superyachts is preferred.
Vessel Type: Private / Charter Motor Yacht
Operating Area: Worldwide
• Chief Engineer – EUR 12,000/month
• 3rd Officer – EUR 4,500/month
• Bosun – EUR 4,500/month
• Deckhand – EUR 3,000/month
• Deck / Steward(ess) – EUR 3,000/month
• Sole Chef – EUR 6,000/month
• Service Steward(ess) – EUR 3,000/month
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and yacht procedures
• Support safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations
• Maintain engineering, deck, galley, and interior systems and areas as applicable
• Provide exceptional service to owners and charter guests
• Maintain high standards of yacht presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness
• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and onboard risk assessments
• Comply with maritime regulations, yacht safety procedures, and company policies
• Work effectively as part of a professional multinational yacht crew
• Previous experience in the position applied for onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
• Previous Superyacht or luxury hospitality experience is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant yacht qualification for officer and engineer positions
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book where applicable
• Relevant culinary qualifications for the Sole Chef position
• Good English communication skills
• Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance, discretion, and positive attitude
• Physically and medically fit for yacht service
Chief Engineer
• Valid Chief Engineer CoC appropriate for the yacht
• Proven Motor Yacht / Superyacht engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of main engines, generators, auxiliary systems, and planned maintenance
3rd Officer
• Valid OOW / 3rd Officer CoC
• Previous yacht navigation and watchkeeping experience
• Knowledge of yacht safety and deck operations
Bosun
• Previous Bosun experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong deck maintenance and crew supervision skills
• Experience with tender and water-sports operations preferred
Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and exterior maintenance
Deck / Steward(ess)
• Previous combined deck and interior experience preferred
• Strong practical deck and hospitality skills
Sole Chef
• Professional culinary qualification preferred
• Proven Sole Chef experience in luxury yacht or high-end hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, menu planning, and provisioning
Service Steward(ess)
• Previous luxury yacht hospitality or fine-dining experience preferred
• Strong food and beverage service skills
• Excellent guest relations and presentation standards
