Job Description
A professional yacht recruitment company is currently seeking qualified and experienced crew members to join Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, engineering operations, deck maintenance, luxury hospitality, culinary services, and interior management while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and full compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced yacht professionals with previous Motor Yacht or luxury hospitality experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe daily yacht operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary machinery
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, tender, and guest support operations
- Deliver first-class interior and hospitality services
- Prepare high-quality cuisine for guests and crew
- Supervise interior and catering operations where applicable
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and excellent teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong technical, hospitality, or culinary skills relevant to the applied position
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude
- Strong teamwork and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
