Job Responsibilities
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and department
- Support safe yacht operations and navigation activities
- Maintain yacht equipment, machinery, and onboard systems
- Deliver high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Conduct housekeeping, laundry, and accommodation maintenance
- Assist with diving operations and water activities where applicable
- Provide childcare services and guest assistance where required
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies
- Maintain a professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
Requirements
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and teamwork abilities
- Relevant Certificates of Competency for officer and engineer positions
- Diving qualifications preferred for Deck / Divemaster position
- Childcare experience preferred for Nanny position
- Massage or wellness certification preferred for Stew / Masseur position
- All certificates and documents must be valid
