Need Personnel on Motor Yacht (EU)

Job Description:

A private/charter Motor Yacht operating in European waters is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join its onboard team.

The successful candidates will support safe yacht operations while delivering exceptional service to owners and guests. Previous experience on private or charter Motor Yachts, Superyachts, or in luxury hospitality is preferred.

Open Positions:

Galley Department

• Sole Chef – EUR 7,500/month

Deck Department

• Deckhand – EUR 3,200/month

Interior Department

• Chief Steward(ess) – EUR 6,500/month
• Stew / Masseur(euse) – EUR 3,200/month
• Steward(ess) – EUR 4,000/month
• 2nd Steward(ess) – EUR 2,700/month

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned yacht position
 • Maintain high standards of yacht presentation, safety, and cleanliness
 • Provide exceptional guest service to owners and charter guests
 • Support deck, galley, housekeeping, wellness, and interior operations as applicable
 • Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
 • Maintain professional standards of discretion, teamwork, and guest care

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
 • Previous Superyacht or luxury hospitality experience is an advantage
 • Valid STCW certification package where applicable
 • Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
 • Valid passport and relevant seafarer documentation
 • Good English communication skills
 • Professional appearance and positive attitude
 • Strong guest-service and teamwork skills
 • Physically and medically fit for yacht service

Position-Specific Requirements:

Sole Chef
• Proven experience as Sole Chef on yachts or in luxury hospitality
• Professional culinary qualification preferred
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine
• Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification preferred

Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Good knowledge of deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
• Relevant watersports experience is an advantage

Chief Steward(ess)
• Proven senior interior experience on luxury yachts
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills
• Experience managing interior operations and junior crew preferred

Stew / Masseur(euse)
• Previous yacht interior experience preferred
• Recognized massage / wellness qualification required
• Excellent guest-service and interpersonal skills

Steward(ess)
• Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage

2nd Steward(ess)
• Previous 2nd Steward(ess) or experienced Steward(ess) experience preferred
• Strong interior operations and service skills
• Ability to support senior interior crew
