A prestigious Private / Charter Motor Yacht is currently recruiting experienced and qualified professionals to join its international crew.
The yacht is seeking experienced deck, interior, hospitality, diving, wellness, and medical personnel. Previous experience onboard Motor Yachts, Superyachts, or in luxury hospitality is preferred.
Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting safe yacht operations and delivering exceptional standards of guest service, professionalism, discretion, and safety.

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned yacht position and company procedures
• Support safe and efficient day-to-day yacht operations
• Assist with navigation, deck activities, tender operations, and guest transfers as applicable
• Maintain exterior and interior areas to luxury yacht standards
• Provide professional food, beverage, housekeeping, and guest services
• Support diving, water-sports, spa, wellness, and recreational activities where applicable
• Provide medical assistance and emergency response services where applicable
• Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
• Maintain a high standard of discretion, presentation, teamwork, and guest care
• Previous experience in the position applied for, preferably on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant yacht qualification for officer positions
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate where applicable
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book where applicable
• Relevant professional qualifications for diving, massage, spa, wellness, or medical positions
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong guest-service and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for yacht service
Chase Boat Captain
• Valid Captain / Master qualification appropriate for the chase boat
• Proven experience operating chase boats, tenders, or similar craft
• Strong boat-handling and navigation skills
• Relevant powerboat qualification preferred
2nd Officer
• Valid OOW / 2nd Officer Certificate of Competency
• Previous yacht navigation and watchkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of safety and deck operations
Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of mooring, anchoring, tender operations, and exterior maintenance
• Water-sports experience is an advantage
Deck / Divemaster
• Previous professional yacht deck experience
• Recognized Divemaster qualification
• Previous diving and water-sports experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of diving safety and guest-water activities
Head of Service
• Previous senior service experience onboard luxury yachts or in fine-dining hospitality
• Strong food and beverage service knowledge
• Excellent guest-relations and team-management skills
Service Steward(ess)
• Previous luxury yacht or fine-dining experience preferred
• Strong food and beverage service skills
• Excellent guest-service and presentation standards
Stew / Masseur(euse)
• Previous yacht interior or luxury hospitality experience
• Recognized massage qualification
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
• Professional and discreet approach
Spa Therapist / Steward
• Recognized spa / beauty / wellness qualification
• Previous yacht or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and guest care
• Ability to assist with interior duties as required
Steward(ess)
• Previous yacht, cruise, hotel, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
• Good knowledge of interior presentation standards
Paramedic
• Valid Paramedic / Emergency Medical qualification
• Current first aid and emergency response certifications
• Previous maritime, offshore, remote-site, or yacht experience preferred
• Strong emergency response and medical assessment skills
