Need Crew for Sea and Ocean Cruise Vessels

Job Description:

We are hiring for Sea and Ocean Cruise Vessels. Due to vessel flag and client requirements, EU Crew only will be considered. We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the positions listed below. Candidates must hold valid documentation and have relevant cruise vessel or passenger ship experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Captain / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer / 3rd Officer / Deck Cadet:

· Safe navigation, vessel management, and bridge watchkeeping
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and passenger vessel regulations

Bosun / AB / OS:

· Supervision of deck crew, mooring operations, and routine maintenance
· Deck watchkeeping and support of cruise operations

Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer / 4th Engineer / Engine Assistant:

· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery

Chief Electrician:

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems onboard

Fitter / Motorman / Plumber:

· Mechanical maintenance, fitting, and plumbing repairs
· Engine room watchkeeping and lubrication (Motorman)

Doctor:

· Medical care for passengers and crew, management of ship's medical clinic

General Requirements (all positions):

· EU Crew only – mandatory (due to vessel flag and client requirements)
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Experience: Proven experience on cruise vessels, passenger ships, or similar
· Doctor: Valid medical degree and relevant maritime medical certifications
· Nationality: EU national
