Winch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and highly professional crew members for private and charter sailing and motor yachts operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering safe yacht operations, exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of seamanship, hospitality, and onboard presentation.

These roles are ideal for candidates with previous yacht experience, strong professionalism, and readiness to join immediately for private and charter programs.

• Chief Engineer – EUR (€) 8,000
• 1st Mate – USD ($) 6,500
• Deck / Engineer – USD ($) 5,000
• Bosun – EUR (€) 5,000
• Chief Steward – EUR (€) 8,300
• Head of Service – EUR (€) 5,500
• 2nd Steward – USD ($) 4,300
• Yoga / Pilates Instructor – USD ($) 4,000

Requirements

• Proven experience on private, charter, or expedition yachts in the applied rank
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates
• Valid ENG1 medical certificate
• B1/B2 Visa is mandatory
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural yacht crew
• Immediate availability preferred
• Professional references required
