Job Description:

We are currently recruiting crew members for Private/Charter Motor Yachts. The company is seeking experienced professionals across deck, engineering, and interior departments to deliver high standards of service and ensure smooth yacht operations.

Open Positions & Salary:

Deck Department

•  Chief Mate — $7,500 
•  Chief Officer — Salary TBC 
•  Deckhand — €3,250 
•  Deck / Stew — Salary TBC 

Engine Department

•  Chief Engineer — Salary TBC 

Interior / Hospitality

•  Chief Stewardess — $6,500 
•  2nd Stewardess — Salary TBC 
•  Stewardess — €4,000 
•  Spa Stewardess — €5,000+ (DOE) 
•  Stew / Nurse — Salary TBC 
•  Head of Service — Salary TBC 

Galley

•  Temporary Head Chef — €15,000+ (DOE) 

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Providing high-end hospitality and personalized service to guests
 • Maintaining yacht cleanliness and luxury standards
 • Assisting in navigation, deck, and engineering operations as required
 • Supporting daily onboard operations and guest activities

Requirements:

• Relevant yacht or luxury hospitality experience
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Professional appearance and excellent service skills
