General Requirements

• Previous experience on private or charter yachts (position-specific)
• Valid STCW and ENG1 / Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Strong service background (for interior positions)
• Good level of English, both spoken and written
• Professional, discreet, guest-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a high-standards, luxury environment
• Clean background and excellent references
• Additional qualifications (diving, massage therapy, culinary, nursing, hairdressing) are a strong advantage
