We are recruiting qualified and professional crew members for Private and Charter Yachts, with ASAP joining.
This project offers excellent working conditions aboard luxury vessels, providing high-end service and technical support to owners and charter guests.
Candidates must be adaptable, service-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a high-standard yacht environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Performing tasks according to rank and department (Deck, Interior, Engineering, Service)
 • Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining luxury service standards
 • Maintaining vessel cleanliness, equipment, and safety readiness
 • Assisting during docking, anchoring, and yacht operations (for deck crew)
 • Strict compliance with onboard safety protocols and international maritime regulations

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certification and seafarer medical certificate
• Previous yacht or maritime experience appropriate to the position
• Strong English communication skills for onboard operations
• Professional appearance, excellent conduct, and ability to work in a service-oriented environment
• Clean background check and verifiable references
• For service/interior roles: proven hospitality experience
• For technical roles: relevant engineering/mechanical qualifications
• For wellness roles: formal certification in Yoga or Pilates instruction
