We are hiring experienced crew members for Private and Charter Yachts.
The positions are for luxury vessels operating in international waters, providing high-level service, safety, and guest experience.
Candidates must have strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and experience onboard yachts or high-end hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Ensuring safe and efficient yacht operations in accordance with rank
 • Delivering exceptional service to owners and charter guests
 • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and safety
 • Assisting in deck, interior, or bridge operations as required
 • Working as part of a multicultural professional crew

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates (as applicable to yacht operations)
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Experience on private or charter yachts (preferred)
 • Hospitality or maritime background depending on position
 • Additional certificates (ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2, etc.) if required
