Job Description:

A private/charter Motor Yacht is currently seeking experienced and professional crew members to join its onboard team.

The yacht is recruiting qualified deck officers, engineering personnel, deck crew, and culinary/interior professionals. Successful candidates will support safe yacht operations while maintaining high standards of luxury service, professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned yacht position
• Support safe navigation, deck operations, and technical operations as applicable
• Maintain yacht machinery, equipment, and technical systems
• Provide high-quality culinary and hospitality services to owners and guests
• Maintain guest cabins, interior spaces, and common areas to luxury standards
• Participate in emergency drills, safety training, and onboard risk assessments
• Maintain professional standards of discretion, teamwork, and guest care

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position onboard Private or Charter Motor Yachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant yacht qualification for officer and engineer positions
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer's medical certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book where applicable
• Relevant culinary or hospitality qualifications for galley/interior positions
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous Superyacht experience is an advantage

Position-Specific Requirements:

Captain
• Valid Master / Captain CoC appropriate for the yacht
• Proven command experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong navigation, leadership, and safety management skills

Captain / Engineer
• Relevant Master/Captain and engineering qualifications
• Experience combining vessel command and engineering responsibilities preferred

Chief Officer
• Valid deck officer CoC
• Previous Chief Officer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Strong deck management and crew supervision skills

Engineer / 2nd Engineer
• Relevant marine engineering qualification / CoC
• Previous yacht engineering experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills

Deckhand
• Previous yacht deck experience preferred
• Knowledge of deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations

Executive / Head Chef
• Professional culinary qualification preferred
• Proven experience in luxury yacht or high-end hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and menu planning

Sole Chef
• Previous Sole Chef experience on yachts preferred
• Strong independent galley management and provisioning skills

Chief Steward(ess)
• Previous senior interior experience on luxury yachts
• Strong leadership, service, and housekeeping skills

2nd Steward(ess)
• Previous 2nd Steward(ess) or experienced Steward(ess) experience preferred
• Strong guest service, housekeeping, and interior operations skills

Cook / Steward(ess)
• Experience combining galley and interior duties preferred
• Food hygiene / food safety knowledge
• Strong housekeeping and guest-service skills
