Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering professional service and maintaining high hospitality standards on board
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and company operational procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and assisting in daily operations
• Supporting the department team in routine and emergency situations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates and Seaman’s Book (for technical/engine positions)
• Medical fitness certificate (in accordance with STCW standards)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on cruise or passenger vessels preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the same position or vessel type
• Pleasant personality and customer-service oriented attitude (for hospitality roles)
