Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Delivering high-quality service in line with luxury cruise standards
• Ensuring safety procedures and maritime regulations are followed
• Operating and maintaining equipment within assigned department
• Supporting daily vessel operations and teamwork onboard
• Providing excellent guest experience and maintaining company reputation
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (for marine positions)
• Relevant experience in cruise industry or similar role (2–5+ years preferred)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
