Job Description

J.J. Worthy Management is inviting applications from qualified and experienced maritime professionals for various positions onboard a Motor Yacht.

The company is seeking motivated, reliable, and professional crew members for deck, engineering, and interior departments. Successful candidates will be expected to perform their duties to a high standard, contribute to smooth yacht operations, and maintain excellent safety and service standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:

• Ensure safe and efficient yacht operations
• Perform navigational, deck, and engineering duties according to rank
• Maintain the vessel, machinery, and onboard equipment
• Coordinate deck and interior department activities
• Prepare high-quality meals and provide professional guest services, where applicable
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness
• Follow onboard safety procedures and company standards
• Work effectively as part of a professional yacht crew

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the applied position
• Previous experience onboard motor yachts preferred
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position
• Valid seafarer's documents and medical certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Professional attitude and strong teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a yacht environment
