Requirements

• Relevant experience in the applied position (cruise ship experience preferred)
• Valid STCW certificates for marine and engine positions
• Valid Seaman’s Book and medical fitness certificate
• Good command of the English language
• Strong customer service skills (for hotel, bar, restaurant, and casino roles)
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
• Professional attitude, flexibility, and commitment to safety and service standards
