General Requirements

• Previous onboard cruise ship experience (mandatory for most positions)
• Relevant professional qualifications for the applied position
• Good command of the English language (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Valid medical certificate and travel documents as per company and flag-state requirements
