Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Safe navigation, deck operations, and vessel maintenance in accordance with yacht safety protocols
· Engine room operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
· Delivery of exceptional interior and hospitality services to guests and owners
· Housekeeping, stewarding, and personalized guest services as per rank
· Security watchkeeping and OOW duties as applicable
· Collaboration with a professional crew to ensure smooth yacht operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety Training, etc.)
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (ENG1 or equivalent)
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
· Yacht experience: Proven experience on private motor yachts or sailing yachts in a similar position
· Nationality requirement: Open to all nationalities
· Additional certifications: Seafarer's passport, B1/B2 visa (for Mediterranean / worldwide itineraries) preferred
· For OOW / Security Officer: Valid OOW (Officer of the Watch) certificate and security-related qualifications
