Job Description:
MYS Superyacht Crew is hiring experienced and entry-level candidates for Charter & Private Motor Yachts operating worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join high-standard international yacht operations offering excellent conditions, a supportive crew environment, and global travel.
Start Date: October – Mid November 2025
Experience: Yachting experience preferred (0–6 months minimum)
Visa: B1/B2 Visa preferred (support may be provided)

Key Responsibilities:
As per yacht operational standards, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Navigation, safety, and vessel operations (for deck and engineering roles)
• AV/IT systems support and troubleshooting onboard
• Food preparation and crew/guest catering to luxury standards
• Housekeeping and guest service in a high-end environment
• Medical support and general health oversight (for Nurse)
Requirements:
• Valid STCW Certificates
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• B1/B2 visa preferred (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Prior yachting or cruise ship experience is a plus
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Based on position and yacht (to be discussed)
• Salary: Competitive in $USD, depending on experience (DOE)
