Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated crew members to join a Private / Charter Motor Yacht operating worldwide. Successful candidates will be responsible for safe vessel operations, engineering support, deck duties, interior service, guest hospitality, and wellness services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and discretion expected in the yachting industry.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous yacht or maritime experience who are service-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic international environment.

• ETO / Engineer – EUR (€) 8,000
• 3rd Officer – USD ($) 6,000
• Bosun – USD ($) 5,500
• Deckhand – USD ($) 5,000

Galley

• Sole Chef – EUR (€) 9,000

Interior & Hospitality

• Chief Steward – EUR (€) 8,000
• Service Steward – EUR (€) 3,500
• Steward / Stewardess – EUR (€) 3,500
• Spa Therapist / Steward – EUR (€) 4,500

Wellness

• Personal Trainer – USD ($) 4,500

General Requirements (All Positions)

• Entry-level qualifications or equivalent certification relevant to the position
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• Valid ENG 1 Medical Certificate
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a multicultural, high-standard yacht environment
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork mindset
