Successful candidates will support yacht navigation, engineering operations, luxury hospitality, guest relations, deck maintenance, culinary services, housekeeping, wellness, and technical operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe yacht navigation and daily vessel operations
- Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary, and electrical systems
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and tender operations
- Deliver exceptional luxury guest service and hospitality
- Manage guest relations, onboard administration, and interior services
- Prepare high-quality meals for guests and crew
- Maintain guest cabins, public areas, and laundry facilities
- Provide wellness and spa services where applicable
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certification package
- Previous Motor Yacht experience preferred
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Relevant professional qualifications for culinary, hospitality, wellness, or technical positions
- Valid passport and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
