Job Description:
We are currently recruiting experienced and professional crew members for Private Motor Yachts operating worldwide. Successful candidates will join luxury vessels providing exceptional service standards and safe vessel operations.
Open Positions:
1st Officer – TBC
3rd Officer – 5,500–6,000 EUR
2nd Engineer – TBC EUR
Bosun – TBC
Service Stew – TBC
2nd Stew – 5,000 EUR
Spa / Housekeeping Stew – 4,500–5,000 EUR
Chief Stew – 6,000 EUR
Deployment: January – February
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will depend on the assigned rank and department and may include:
• Safe navigation and vessel operations
• Maintenance of deck and machinery
• Delivery of high-end guest services
• Compliance with maritime safety standards and company procedures
• Supporting teamwork and efficient onboard operations
Requirements:
• Valid certificates and licenses relevant to the position
• Previous yacht experience preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
