2x Mate - 6000 EUR
Chief Officer - TBC
Chief Engineer - 8000 EUR
2x Sole Engineer - 8000 EUR
Bosun - 4500 EUR
2x Deckhand - 2850 - 3000 EUR
2x Chief Steward(ess) - 5500 EUR
Sole Steward(ess) - 4500 EUR
Steward(ess) - 3500 EUR
Deck Security - 2500 EUR
Lead Deckhand - TBC
Spa Therapist/Steward(ess) - TBC
Sole Chef - TBC
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Ensuring safe yacht operations and passenger comfort
Providing premium guest service and hospitality standards
Maintenance and upkeep of yacht interior and exterior
Performing navigation, engineering, and deck duties as per role
Supporting smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous yacht or luxury vessel experience preferred
Strong teamwork and hospitality skills
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Long-term / rotational, depending on yacht schedule
Salary: Competitive, DOE (Depending on Experience)
