Job Description
Columbia Shipmanagement Indonesia is currently seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals for immediate deployment onboard Cruise Vessels.
Successful candidates will support hotel operations, deck operations, engine room management, technical maintenance, electrical systems, carpentry services, and passenger support while ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards and company operational procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous Cruise Vessel experience and the ability to work effectively within multicultural environments.

Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Support navigational and deck operations
- Participate in mooring and anchoring activities
- Conduct maintenance and preservation work
- Assist with passenger and safety operations
- Maintain deck equipment and safety systems
Engine Department
- Support engine room operations and maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs
- Monitor machinery performance
- Assist engineering officers during watchkeeping duties
- Maintain engine room safety standards
Technical Department
- Maintain electrical and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot technical equipment
- Support vessel IT infrastructure and communications
- Perform preventive maintenance on onboard systems
- Ensure operational reliability of technical equipment
Maintenance Department
- Carry out carpentry and repair work
- Maintain passenger and crew accommodation areas

Requirements
General Requirements
- Minimum 24 months of experience in the same rank
- Previous Cruise Vessel experience is mandatory
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ready for immediate joining
Professional Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and certifications appropriate to the applied rank
- Ability to work in a multicultural passenger vessel environment
- Professional attitude and customer service orientation where applicable
