Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Support daily hotel and accommodation operations
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and onboard services
- Manage shore excursion programs and guest activities
- Maintain cabins, public areas, and service facilities
- Support inventory control and supply management
- Maintain technical systems and hotel equipment where applicable
- Ensure compliance with cruise line procedures and safety regulations
- Work effectively within a multicultural team environment
Requirements
- Minimum one completed contract in the same position onboard a cruise ship
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Seaman's Book
- Valid Passport
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a multinational cruise ship environment
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
