Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality guest services and hospitality onboard
- Provide professional medical care and healthcare support where applicable
- Prepare and serve meals according to company culinary standards
- Support galley operations, food preparation, and sanitation procedures
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and onboard services
- Maintain safety, security, and emergency preparedness onboard
- Ensure compliance with cruise line policies and international maritime regulations
- Work effectively within a multicultural environment
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or similar position preferred
- Cruise ship experience is an advantage
- Valid passport and travel documentation
- Good command of English
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications for specialized positions
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
