Job Description:
AB Logistics and Shipping is recruiting for an immediate start aboard a prestigious 78-meter Motor Yacht currently operating in the Caribbean. We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the team. The positions are full-time, live-aboard roles with a standard yacht contract. The vessel offers a dynamic work environment in one of the world's most renowned cruising destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Fulfilling the primary functions of your designated rank and department (Deck, Engine, Galley, or Hotel).
· Maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational readiness, and guest service.
· Participating in watchkeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness schedules as required.
· For combined roles (e.g., Deckhand/Security), performing additional duties as specified.
· Adhering to all onboard procedures and international maritime regulations.

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates (mandatory)
· Seafarer's Medical Fitness Certificate
· Proficiency in English communication
· Only Indian Nationals are being considered for these positions.
· Previous cruise or yacht experience is highly preferred.
